I've started a new blog for my dad with his own account. It's called PoorHouse Dad's Forwards. It consists of all his forward emails to me which range from political topics to funny pictures to current events. He also writes his own stuff sometimes that he sends to me to post for him. Yellowstone Series Continued
Genesis 1:24-25
And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so. God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.

Beginning of a New Series: Yellowstone
Seeing as how this blog lacks in content so far and seeing as how I am bored right now, I thought I would start a photo series. My first series will be of Yellowstone. Below are some pictures of the mud springs to start us off. I find it amazing how we can find so much beauty in something so dirty, smelly, and seemingly ugly! Boy, do we serve a great God or what? I've also decided to try to post daily Bible verses, even if they don't neccesarily go with the picture. I've also added a daily verse element to the blog from biblegateway.com. Today's verse is Galatians 6:9, which I found on another blog this morning. I found it very encouraging. It says, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
The patter of wings
Isn't this an amazing photo? When I first took the phot I did not even notice the bee flying around, but when I went through my photos later and zoomed in this is what I found! I usually hate bees, but in a moment captured in a photo like this I can't help but love them as God's creation. Isn't God amazing? Who among us can create something that does not have some element in it that was already created by God? I've posted other versions of the photo below.
Beautiful Dancing
I took this at the fountain in front of the Metropolitan Opera at Lincoln Center. Since the title of this blog is "Declaration," I thought a picture of jumping water made a strong declaration. This blog is more than a declaration of photos. I will post a photo a day here, many of them of people and other subjects, but nature and creation and general are my theme in general. The verses below explain my theme more specifically.
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. (Psalm 19:1)
But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds of the air, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish of the sea inform you. Which of all these
But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds of the air, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish of the sea inform you. Which of all these
does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this? In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind. (Job 12: 7-10)
For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. (Romans 1:20)
Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing: "To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!" (Revelation 5:13)
